Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with PaperClean. This policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase. No justification required.

2. How to request a refund

Subscriptions are processed by FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC), our Merchant of Record. The fastest path is to use the customer-service link included in your purchase confirmation email, or visit fastspring.com/consumer-support and provide your order reference. You may also email us at support@paperclean.ip1.cc and we will forward the request.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewal charges are not automatically refundable. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge; we grant refunds on a case-by-case basis, typically in full if no paid usage occurred during the renewed period.

4. Usage-based limits and overages

PaperClean plans include a fixed monthly image quota. Exceeding the quota does not produce additional charges โ€” requests beyond the quota are simply denied until the next billing cycle or a plan upgrade. There are therefore no "overage" charges to refund.

5. Service failures

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may grant account credits or a partial refund at our discretion. Contact us with details and we will respond promptly.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card network without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We prefer to handle refund requests directly โ€” it is faster and avoids fees on both sides.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by FastSpring to the original payment method. Typical processing time: 3โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
